While all orders are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we offer flexible refund and replacement options to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your order, we'll work with you to make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Parts damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Parts that don't match your specifications
  • Incomplete or missing components
  • Quality issues that don't meet our standards

2. Easy Refund Process

To Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Contact us at info@zaxismanufacturing.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order ID and photos showing any issues
  3. Tell us what went wrong and how we can make it right
  4. We'll respond within 24 hours with a solution

We'll work with you to find the best solution - whether that's a full refund, replacement parts, or a partial refund if appropriate. Your satisfaction matters to us.

3. Custom Manufacturing Considerations

Since each order is custom-made to your specifications, please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for changes of mind after production has started
  • Design errors in your submitted files are your responsibility
  • Minor color or finish variations are normal in 3D printing
  • Dimensional variations within ±0.5mm tolerance are within specification

We're happy to review your design files before production and answer any questions to ensure you get exactly what you need.

4. Not Happy? We'll Make It Right

Even if an issue doesn't fall under our standard refund policy, we want to hear from you. We value long-term relationships over individual transactions and will work with you to find a fair solution.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Production Starts

You may cancel your order for a full refund if production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at info@zaxismanufacturing.com with your order ID. We'll process your refund right away.

After Production Starts

Once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of payment), cancellation becomes more difficult. However, contact us anyway - depending on how far along we are, we may still be able to work something out.

6. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be provided for carrier delays beyond our control.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all parts will:

  • Be printed using the material you selected
  • Match your 3D model file geometry
  • Meet standard 3D printing tolerances (±0.5mm)
  • Be free from major defects or printing failures

If parts do not meet these standards, contact us for a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

9. Replacement Parts

If we offer a replacement instead of a refund, the replacement part will be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost to you. Replacement parts typically ship within 3-5 business days.

10. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

  • Only some parts in a multi-part order are defective
  • Minor cosmetic issues don't affect functionality
  • You agree to keep parts with minor imperfections

11. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:

  • The claim is made more than 14 days after delivery
  • Parts have been modified, used, or damaged after delivery
  • The issue is due to design flaws in your submitted files
  • You cannot provide adequate evidence of the defect
  • The claim is fraudulent or abusive
