Overview
Z-Axis Manufacturing respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate action.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that content uploaded to our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who uploaded the material that we have removed or disabled access to it
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Orange County, California if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. User Responsibility
By uploading files to our service, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the designs and files you upload, or have obtained all necessary permissions
- Your files do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- You will not upload files containing copyrighted characters, logos, or designs without proper authorization
- You understand that uploading infringing content may result in account termination and legal liability
7. Examples of Prohibited Content
The following are examples of content that may infringe intellectual property rights and should not be uploaded:
- Copyrighted characters from movies, TV shows, video games, or comics (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nintendo)
- Brand logos or trademarks without authorization
- Patented designs or products
- Replicas of copyrighted sculptures or artwork
- Licensed merchandise designs
- Any content you do not have the right to reproduce

8. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith.
